I’ve been part of Women Build for five years now and my favourite part about it is the solidarity between all of the women that are out on the work site.

I love to see new women coming every year. You don’t need to know anything about building because you’ll learn it all on the job site. You’ll have mentors teaching you not only about the organization, but how to put a house together, and it’s so empowering.
It is a hard day’s work! You’ll leave tired at the end of the day, but it’s so emotionally fulfilling that I would encourage anybody to do it.
Superpower:
