The Foothills Chapter is gearing up for our fourth annual online auction, hosted by Elevate Auctions.
This auction takes place between February 20 and March 9 and continues to be a major fundraiser for the Chapter. All proceeds will be used towards our second duplex build project. This year we welcome more than 15 new donors and we’re thrilled to offer our largest selection yet of items from golf, hotel rooms, pet boarding gift certificates, dog-sledding, Via rail train tickets, etc. We are constantly amazed by the generosity of our donors.
Featured in the photo is one of our repeat donors, Arlene Evans of Evanescence Gallery & Art Studio. Despite the many challenges that all small businesses in High River have been faced with since the flood, Arlene continues to support both the artists who rely on her promotion of their work and the community who come from Calgary and neighboring towns to shop for authentic art work, unique gifts or to take art classes.
