For a long time, the housing market in Southern Alberta has built homes for the average and above-average income households. We build homes for working families earning between 40-90 percent of the average family income.
Because of our region's unaffordability, these families live within impossible constraints. Many spending more than 40% on housing and even being forced to move multiple times each year.
Families purchase these homes with no down payment and will pay no interest with monthly payments customized to their income.
