Two ways to save, one standard of quality
Pre-owned appliances
Pre-owned appliances are a smart choice when value and dependability matter most.

- Repaired when needed before going on the sales floor
- Fully functional and cleaned
- Back by a 30-day in-store warranty
These appliances may show signs of previous use, but they’ve been thoroughly checked to ensure they work the way they should — and are priced to reflect real value.
Scratch & dent appliances
Scratch & dent appliances offer modern performance at a reduced price.
- New or like-new condition
- Minor cosmetic imperfections (small scratches, dents, or packaging damage)
- Professionally tested by our appliance technician team
- Backed by a 90-day in-store warranty
Some scratch & dent appliances may also include a manufacturer warranty. Coverage varies by brand and model. Customers are responsible for confirming manufacturer warranty details where applicable.

What our appliance warranty covers
Every appliance purchased from a Habitat ReStore in Southern Alberta includes an in-store warranty:
- Pre-owned appliances: 30-days from date of purchase
- Scratch & dent appliances: 90-days from date of purchase
Our warranty gives you time to install your appliance and make sure it’s working properly in your home. If an issue covered by the warranty comes up during that period, our team will work with you to resolve it in line with ReStore warranty guidelines.
In case of breakdown or problem experience within the warranty period, the customer is responsible for transporting the appliance to ReStore Sunridge Way for a check-up or repair. The ReStore does not deliver or pick-up.
