Lead, teach, build a better future. Crew Leaders are skilled volunteers who guide and support small groups of volunteers on Habitat build sites. They play a vital role in creating safe, welcoming, and productive experiences for everyone.

What does a Crew Leader do?

  • Train and mentor volunteers how to complete tasks safely and confidently
  • Lead small groups with the support of Habitat staff
  • Commit to volunteering at least 3 days per month
